   •    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mysa Halotherapy Spa’s services and website. By booking a treatment or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
本條款與細則規範您對美鹽療法水療服務和網站的使用。通過預約療程或訪問我們的網站，即表示您同意遵守這些條款。

2. Booking and Appointments | 預約與時間安排
   •    All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed via email or phone.
所有預約需視乎可用時間而定，並須通過電子郵件或電話確認。
   •    Clients are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
客戶需在預約時間前至少 15 分鐘到達。遲到可能導致療程時間縮短或需重新安排時間。
   •    Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
取消或更改需至少提前 24 小時通知，否則將收取預約金額 50% 的取消費。

3. Payment and Refund Policy | 付款與退款政策
   •    Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services.
所有服務需在預約時全額付款。
   •    We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers.

   •    Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

   •    Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the treatment begins.

   •    Mysa Halotherapy Spa reserves the right to refuse service if the treatment is deemed unsuitable for health or safety reasons.

   •    The spa adheres to strict hygiene protocols, ensuring all facilities and equipment are sanitized between sessions.

   •    Mysa Halotherapy Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or conditions resulting from undisclosed medical issues.

   •    Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during their visit. The spa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
客戶需在訪問期間保管好個人財物。水療中心對遺失或被盜物品不承擔責任。
